All artworks purchased online will be prepared and shipped once full payment for both the artwork and shipping has been received.

Each artwork will be packed specifically to suit its individual needs.
The size, weight, particular packing requirements and the delivery destination all determine the final cost of packing and delivery.

Once payment has been received and the artwork dispatched, Frances Keevil will notify you with the delivery details and tracking number


DELIVERY
Frances Keevil uses Australia Post, specialist artwork transporters and courier services. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping and/or handling and please be aware that you will be liable and responsible for any import requirements or restrictions, licences, duties, taxes and/or government charges that may apply. Delivery times for artworks is generally between 1 – 3 weeks for Australian Metro areas. Delivery to regional areas may take longer. International deliveries will be organised on an individual basis. Online sales have a 4 day period for the purchaser to decide if the artwork meets their expectations.

A full refund will be given once the artwork is returned at the purchaser’s expense and after the gallery is satisfied the work is in the same condition that it was originally dispatched. If the returned artwork is damaged or broken, restoration is at the expense of the client and will be deducted from the refund.

If you receive a damaged artwork or one that does not match the original order, Frances Keevil must be notified immediately. The incorrect or damaged artwork must be returned within 10 days from the receipt of goods for consideration of a refund.
